Novo Nordisk operates across research, production, infrastructure, and global operations, with much of its work taking place in highly specialised environments.
My work focuses on photographing real settings within organisations like this — laboratories, industrial systems, and the people within them — approached in a precise, considered way that reflects how these places function in practice. I am used to working in clinical, secure, and industrial environments, and within the constraints that come with them.
Alongside photography, I work as a visual storyteller and creative director: helping define a coherent visual language, shaping how images are produced and used, and making the process as straightforward as possible for internal teams. I also work with moving image when relevant, often alongside stills.
The ambition would be to build a body of work that reflects the scale, rigour, and humanity of Novo Nordisk — through the places, systems, and people that are uniquely Novo.
